About us
Our Mission
Since March 2016, our journey has been guided by a simple yet powerful vision — to empower women and transform lives through the art of handicrafts. What began with helping 500 financially uneasy women become self-supporting soon grew into a larger movement. By March 2020, our dedication enabled over 1,200 women to achieve self-reliance, and today we are proud to have supported more than 2,000 women on their path to independence.
At present, we are focused on crochet work, training new artisans and creating opportunities for them to flourish. The crochet products crafted by our skilled workers have reached international markets, with buyers including brands like Mango, ZARA, M&S, and H&M. What once relied on imported yarn is now proudly produced in our own factory by local hands, ensuring both quality and sustainability.
Looking forward, our mission is to expand beyond crochet and embrace the wider world of Bangladeshi handicrafts. We aim to design and export products made from natural and eco-friendly resources such as jute, hogla-leaf, shon-leaf, kachuripana, banana fiber, palm-leaf, and date-leaf. By doing so, we hope to share the beauty of our culture with the world while continuing to create sustainable livelihoods for women across Bangladesh.
